With several years of direct hands on technical industry experience while attending University, I have evolved with the industry and now focus my attention as a strategic technical account representative. Being part of a professional family based business I have always been involved in different aspects of communications, I understand technology extremely well and have knowledge in many areas of communications including; Telephone Systems, Voice over IP, Contact Centers, Voice Messaging / Unified Messaging, Voice and Data wiring, Fibre Optic wiring, wireless, wireless LAN bridges, Data infrastructure, Paging, and other key communications components.

As products continue to change and evolve I pride myself with staying on top of technology by attending numerous industry events including; webinars, conferences, presentations, and training courses. Part of staying on top of industry components is key to manufacturer accreditations like Nortel’s QSP program (Nortel Qualified Sales Professional).

Dealing primarily with Enterprise level customers, my focus is on a high level of customer service with an easy straight forward experience. A key component of my success has been blending new technology with business decisions to ensure that the technology fits and we are providing a realistic solution. 

Through out my life I have accomplished many unique challenges and strive to keep things basic and simple. While enjoying my time away from work I like to spend time with my children, play soccer, and travel as much as possible.
